Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure that raw materials, in‑process samples and finished products meet the highest quality standards while complying with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and analysis on raw materials, in‑process samples and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Review laboratory results, identify deviations or non‑conformities and support investigations.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA, Production and Laboratory teams to guarantee product quality and compliance.
• Support audits, inspections, validation activities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
• Experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
