Clean Piping Engineer

About the role

Our client, a leading biotech and pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Clean Piping Engineer to design, validate, and maintain clean utility piping systems. The role ensures safe transport of fluids in compliance with industry standards and supports project delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Validate designs and layouts for clean piping systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Select materials that meet ASME BPE and company standards to maintain system integrity.
• Ensure all piping installations comply with GMP, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Oversee installation and maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Conduct tests and validations to verify reliability and safety of piping infrastructure.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, validation, and commissioning protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to integrate piping systems into overall project plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a piping engineer within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME BPE and GMP regulations.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
