Quality Control Manager

About the role

Expleo is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead its QC team in ensuring product conformity and production continuity. You will coordinate inspections, drive process improvements and support a culture of high‑quality standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and assign priorities for the quality control team based on production needs and shipment schedules.
• Analyse short‑, medium‑ and long‑term workloads to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Propose and implement actions related to processes, tools and resources within the QC team.
• Ensure compliance with incoming inspection procedures and overall deliverable conformity.
• Monitor QC effectiveness through analyses such as VSM, NAVAS and performance metrics.
• Oversee the execution of team training plans.
• Perform ad‑hoc quality control tasks to support the team when required.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical or electromechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an industrial quality control team.
• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication and ability to draft technical documents.
• Proven ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, rigorous, methodical and enthusiastic attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 1101 (geometric tolerances).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Problem‑solving techniques such as Ishikawa, 5 Why and 8D.
• Proficiency in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
