Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

TDW is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function for its oil and gas piping products. The role ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and customer requirements while integrating the Quality Management System into business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership, technical expertise and coaching to reduce risks through quality principles.
• Manage QA/QC procedures, inspection methods and NDE methods to ensure products meet codes and customer requirements.
• Engage in contract reviews, develop quality plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead a team of Quality Auditors to audit processes and ensure conformity.
• Manage supplier quality, reduce incoming inspection and implement the dock‑to‑stock program.
• Coordinate activities for maintaining certifications and manage quality records.
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably with ISO 9001.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
