Qualified Project Manager

About the role

Alstom is seeking a Qualified Project Manager to lead the execution of low‑carbon mobility projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while aligning with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Project Management Work Package and be accountable for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Planning (QCDP) and Environmental Health & Safety performance.
• Define project strategy, develop the Project Management Plan and allocate objectives across subsystems.
• Lead and coordinate activities from tender transfer through to project close‑out, ensuring proper staffing and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, external partners and customers, to keep all parties aligned with project goals.
• Drive risk, saving and opportunity management, and handle change management, re‑baselining and arbitration of Q, C, D, P.
• Report progress, KPIs and financial performance to senior management with full transparency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or mobility projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual requirements and project governance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
