QA Officer – Quality Management

About the role

UCB is seeking a proactive and collaborative QA Officer to join the Pharma & Injectable Quality team at its Braine campus. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with regulatory standards and UCB quality policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UCB Quality Standards and applicable regulations.
• Follow up on product‑related change control, investigations, and deviations.
• Review batch records and authorize batch disposition.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and support regulatory inspections.
• Lead internal audits and promote a culture of compliance and accountability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment supporting manufacturing.
• Proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with change control, investigations and batch record review.
