Python Developer – Remote Contract up to $100/hr

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Python Software Engineer to join our remote team on a short‑term contract. You will work closely with leading AI research labs to build and optimise production‑grade Python systems that support model training and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex, production‑grade Python applications.
• Design modular, testable codebases using FastAPI, Pydantic and modern Python tooling.
• Profile and optimise performance, including memory management.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research partners to improve model training pipelines.
• Deliver high‑quality code on schedule while working independently.

Required profile

• Experience at top US technology companies.
• Proven track record delivering complex Python systems.
• Deep understanding of Python language fundamentals.
