Purchase Lead

About the role

The Purchase Lead will drive procurement, logistics and inventory management for TCR Belgium, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing and seamless operations. You will also support the organization as a backup SAP key user, helping to maintain and improve SAP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from requisitions to purchase orders, supplier selection and contract negotiation.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price and delivery performance.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.
• Oversee logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Lead the purchase team in their daily activities and provide guidance.
• Act as a backup SAP key user, offering support, troubleshooting and contributing to SAP enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
• Hands‑on attitude with strong organizational, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Problem‑solver with a solid understanding of procurement and inventory management.
• Team player, detail‑oriented and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
