Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Ibexa is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from scoping through delivery within its Professional Services team. Based in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will collaborate closely with teams in Paris and across Europe to help organisations transform their marketing ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including drafting specifications, test scenarios, documentation, and monitoring deliverables.
• Coordinate technical and functional implementation within client environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, support clients in prioritising requirements, and ensure effective communication between marketing, IT, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities and respond to RFPs.
• Plan project activities, monitor deadlines, and ensure progress according to schedule.
• Monitor budgets and optimise resource allocation where required.
• Design and deliver training sessions for client teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital project management, CRM projects, or consulting.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM platforms, APIs, data modelling, and client advisory services.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and efficiently.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative team‑oriented mindset.
