Project Manager – Marketing & Communications Transformation

About the role

Nexeo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic, high‑impact projects within the Marketing & Communications department of a banking and financial services client. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, estimate effort, budget and resources, and build detailed project plans.
• Manage project execution, track progress, control risks and dependencies, and ensure quality, cost and timeline targets are met.
• Apply governance frameworks, enforce compliance with internal risk, compliance and operational standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, produce regular progress reports and support steering committee meetings.
• Act as the primary interface between business, IT and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Oversee project closure, handover deliverables to operational teams and ensure full knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in Agile settings.
• Background in Marketing & Communications or Financial Services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required or highly valued.
• Strong working knowledge of English; French or Dutch a plus.
