Marketing Analyst – Digital & Social Media

About the role

Ticketmaster’s Belgium Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to bridge strategic plans and daily execution. You will work across digital platforms, turning data from Meta Analytics and Google Analytics into actionable insights that drive ticket sales and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create, design and schedule newsletters, handling content, layout and audience segmentation.
• Monitor, execute and optimise marketing actions using A/B testing and report results to clients.
• Maintain the ticketmaster.be website, ensuring it is up‑to‑date and visually consistent.
• Write analytical reports for specific campaigns and overall digital performance.
• Translate short copy for various communication tools.
• Support presentations, product launches and important announcements.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a digital marketer; entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communication or a related field.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Ability to adapt the brand’s tone of voice into visual and textual content.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and draw conclusions.
