Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at VeroTech you will lead high‑tech and complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, strategic vision, and business objectives. You will act as the main point of contact for customers and subcontractors, balancing technical, financial and schedule constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships aligned with strategic goals.
• Deliver projects within defined budget, quality, and schedule parameters.
• Lead negotiations and engagements with stakeholders, customers and subcontractors.
• Apply company processes and improve financial outcomes through risk and opportunity management.
• Supervise cross‑functional teams and enhance their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and product safety requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of delivery and operation management experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects in high‑tech environments.
• Civil or industrial engineering degree, business school master’s, MBA or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Experience in contract and change management; exposure to military or aerospace sectors is a plus.
