Project Manager Industrialisation

About the role

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager Industrialisation to lead the development and deployment of innovative manufacturing solutions within a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on automation, digital technologies, and the transition of new processes to full‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end automation projects, integrating robotics, smart systems and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Define technical requirements, select and qualify suppliers, and oversee equipment implementation.
• Lead the industrialisation of new processes, ensuring successful ramp‑up and validation for compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, predictive analytics and connected systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operational teams while ensuring adherence to GMP, ISO and FDA standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing project management.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and regulatory requirements in regulated industries.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, quality, operations, regulatory).
