Project Manager – General Project Leader (Brussels)

About the role

We are seeking a General Project Leader to drive the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure. Based in Brussels, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions are cost‑effective, technically sound, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and track detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met within budget.
• Assemble and lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating tasks and motivating members.
• Oversee the implementation of proposed architectures, both functionally and technically.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and manage changes with impact analysis.
• Coordinate integration and acceptance testing activities.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, present progress to senior management, and drive transversal adjustments.
• Manage projects exceeding 1,000 man‑days, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.
