Project Manager – EU Institutions Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Brussels office and lead learning and development initiatives for EU institutions. You will coordinate training programmes, integrate generative AI tools, and ensure successful delivery of new corporate platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end learning and development projects, from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate training for the Summa platform and AI literacy programmes aligned with the organisation’s AI strategy.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables, providing regular status reports to management.
• Maintain a comprehensive documentation repository using Hive or equivalent tools.
• Integrate GenAI solutions for content creation, e‑learning delivery, and programme evaluation.
• Collaborate with multicultural stakeholders across headquarters and remote delegations.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training initiatives for geographically dispersed audiences.
• Strong background in online learning and e‑learning components.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools in a learning‑and‑development context.
