Project Manager – Energy Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex energy transformation initiatives. The role involves owning critical project streams or full engagements, working at the intersection of business priorities, operations, technology and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key project streams or complete engagements from framing to delivery.
• Define project approach, governance, priorities and success criteria.
• Manage scope, planning, risks, dependencies, quality and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead workshops, steering committees and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, remove delivery blockers and coach consultants.
• Identify opportunities to increase impact or expand project scope.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven experience working directly with senior business, operational and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure or industrial environments (automotive or mobility is a plus).

Required skills

• Strong project and programme management expertise.
• Proficiency in agile and hybrid delivery methods.
• Good command of Scrum and Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
