Project Manager / Business Analyst – Digital Channels Daily Banking

About the role

Nexeo is seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Digital Channels Tribe of a leading Belgian financial institution. You will drive Daily Banking initiatives across digital channels, ensuring seamless experiences for both customers and employees while aligning with the bank’s digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, report status to senior stakeholders, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with solution architects and design teams to shape optimal digital solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, CX, operations, and marketing, ensuring transparent communication.
• Define testing and quality‑assurance strategies, oversee UAT, and support defect resolution.
• Facilitate operational readiness and smooth transition of solutions into production.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, preferably within digital banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital channel projects.
