Project Manager Assistant (Freelance) – Brussels

About the role

RPS Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to support Learning & Development initiatives for a leading European institution. The role is based onsite in Brussels and operates on a freelance B2B contract for an initial 200 days, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring e‑learning and event projects.
• Coordinate LMS content, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Utilise Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft Project to track progress and manage resources.
• Facilitate virtual sessions using Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
