About the role
IBM Consulting is looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead project and program delivery for clients embarking on hybrid cloud and AI initiatives. The role combines project execution, program oversight and organizational change management, leveraging both IT and business expertise to drive successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage resources, timelines, budgets and risks to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Identify and align cross‑team dependencies, remove blockers and maintain visual schedule roadmaps.
- Coach and train integration teams on agile, lean, OCM and design‑thinking best practices.
- Apply organizational change management principles to support smooth implementation and adoption.
- Use IT and business knowledge to anticipate risks and steer projects toward success.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French (C1 level).
- Proven experience with project management techniques, agile and lean methodologies, and organizational change management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑team collaboration and drive project progress.
- Strong IT and business acumen.
