Production Teamleader

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Teamleader to oversee multiple production lines in a highly automated environment. You will ensure high‑quality, efficient output while maintaining a safe and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team leaders and operators across several lines.
• Monitor production processes to guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze performance data and intervene on deviations or technical issues.
• Plan, guide, and motivate the team in a respectful and effective manner.
• Coach, develop, and support team members.
• Collaborate with technical and support departments to optimise processes.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, SMED, and first‑line maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in a leadership role within industrial production.
• Strong organisational, hands‑on, and analytical abilities.
• Proven coaching‑oriented leadership style.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
