Production Project Manager

About the role

Exhibition Hub is looking for a highly organised Production Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of immersive exhibition projects across its international portfolio. You will ensure productions are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for exhibition productions.
• Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Update project trackers and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams (production, creative, warehouse, legal, operations) and external vendors (suppliers, contractors).
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee on‑site production execution.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and promoters to align objectives and manage expectations.
• Continuously improve production processes, templates, and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Project Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of project management experience in exhibitions, events or live production.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets.
• Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with on‑site production, site inspections and health & safety compliance.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally.
