Product & Technical Lead – SaaS Mobility Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product & Technical Lead to own the product and technical direction of our SaaS mobility platform. This is a key hire who will lead through ownership, technical depth, and decisive decision‑making, without direct people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the product: own day‑to‑day evolution, translate customer needs into pragmatic solutions, define specs, prioritize the backlog and shape the roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership: define architecture, set technical direction, maintain high code‑quality standards and address technical debt.
• Stay close to the code: work on backend, frontend and mobile, conduct code reviews, refactor, and investigate production issues.
• Own complex technical issues: lead incident investigations, coordinate fixes and implement long‑term improvements.
• Grow into the mobility domain: learn fleet operations, telematics, payments and white‑label deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years building modern SaaS applications.
• Strong backend experience with solid architecture skills.
• Good frontend understanding; mobile experience is a plus.
• Strong SQL and API design capabilities.
• Pragmatic, ownership‑driven and comfortable with trade‑offs.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer

• Total compensation package of €75,000–€85,000 per year (gross salary + mobility budget + representation allowance).
