Product & Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Product & Technical Lead to own the product and technical direction of MyMove’s SaaS platform for shared mobility fleets. You will work at the intersection of product management, software architecture, and hands‑on engineering, collaborating closely with management and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the product: own day‑to‑day evolution, translate customer needs into pragmatic solutions, define specs, prioritize the backlog and shape the roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership: define architecture, set technical direction, maintain high code‑quality standards and address technical debt.
• Stay close to the code: contribute to backend, frontend and mobile development, perform code reviews, refactor, and investigate production issues.
• Own complex technical issues: lead incident investigations, coordinate fixes and implement long‑term improvements.
• Grow into the mobility domain: learn fleet operations, telematics, payments and white‑label deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years building modern SaaS applications.
• Strong backend experience with solid architecture skills.
• Good understanding of frontend development; mobile experience is a plus.
• Strong SQL and API design capabilities.
• Pragmatic, ownership‑driven, comfortable with trade‑offs.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer

• Total package: €75,000 – €85,000 per year (gross salary + mobility budget + representation allowance).
