Product Project Manager

About the role

The Product Project Manager is accountable for delivering equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. The role combines project planning, execution, and profit‑and‑loss responsibility while collaborating across functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead non‑turnkey or product/equipment‑only projects of small to medium size.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
• Manage project resources directly or indirectly, providing guidance to team members.
• Maintain profit‑and‑loss accountability and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of the product discipline and align project work with broader business drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate project deliverables.
• Propose alternative solutions within guidance and resolve straightforward technical issues.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in project management, comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, document plans, and execute programs.
• Established project management capabilities, with the potential to lead early‑stage teams.
