Product Marketing Manager - Semiconductor

About the role

KLA, a provider of inspection, metrology and analytics systems for semiconductor manufacturing, is recruiting a Product Marketing Manager based in its Leuven, Belgium location. The role supports Product Leads in advancing business priorities within the Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit, which serves chip manufacturers in areas such as AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact between the product division and the field (internal and customers) for technical and commercial questions, including quote validation, configuration and final conditions.
• Provide visibility on critical escalations and manage product introductions.
• Define sales strategy jointly with Regional Sales Managers, monitor sales, forecast and follow up sales leads.
• Build technical contacts with factory managers, process engineers and tool owners, understand customer roadmaps and organize technical roadmap meetings.
• Attend industry-specific conferences and follow up on industry analyst reports.
• Develop value messages and product positioning against competitors, keeping track of technology, competition and market trends.
• Manage projects for new products or features: communicate key market requirements to the division and sales teams, review go-to-market strategy with customers and stakeholders, and set priorities for critical application projects.

Required profile

• Ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Semiconductor, Computer Science).
• Experience in field applications, process engineering, product engineering, sales engineering, technical marketing, product management or product marketing.
• Proven customer-facing experience and excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and technical stakeholders.
• Occasional domestic and international travel, including to the United States, may be required.
