Product Expert / Technical Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Expert / Technical Specialist to act as the bridge between our customers and Nitro’s digital document workflow solutions. You will guide prospects and new users through Nitro Sign and Identity products, ensuring they achieve their business objectives while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and regular customer meetings to align solutions with client goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries about Nitro Sign and Identity with clear, professional communication.
• Deliver engaging demos and training sessions for prospects and new users.
• Maintain timely, relevant communication throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal SysOps and Development teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective workarounds.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and update internal process documentation for consistency and clarity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline).
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Adaptable self‑starter who learns quickly and takes ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Basic understanding of SMTP, SSO and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of HTML (plus).
