Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant/Senior Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant (or Senior Consultant) to join its global management consulting team. You will apply hands‑on supply‑chain and procurement expertise to help clients improve performance, optimise costs and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver performance improvement initiatives across procurement and supply‑chain functions.
• Support the delivery of core procurement services for client organisations.
• Develop and implement procurement operating‑model strategies.
• Lead cost‑optimisation projects that increase client value.
• Drive digital procurement initiatives and broader digital transformation efforts.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy environment, with solid knowledge of procurement strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and autonomous work style.
• High motivation for data and AI topics and the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
