Procurement Consulting Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation

About the role

The Procurement Consulting Manager will lead strategic sourcing and value‑creation initiatives for KPMG clients across multiple industries. Working closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams, you will translate business objectives into actionable procurement programs that deliver measurable cost reductions and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead strategic sourcing projects across diverse categories.
• Identify cost‑reduction and value‑creation opportunities through spend and market analysis.
• Support clients in defining procurement strategies, category plans, and savings roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, track value, and ensure governance of initiatives.
• Lead procurement transformation projects with a strong commercial focus.
• Advise on operating models, governance structures, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coach project teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Several years of experience in procurement consulting, strategic sourcing or procurement transformation.
• Proven track record in cost reduction, value identification and category management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to discuss AI topics ethically and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
