Procurement Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Procurement Advisor to join our team in Hermalle. In this role you will help keep our warehouses fully stocked, ensure customers receive their orders on time, and support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Order machine parts from approved suppliers and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track orders, forecast stock requirements and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortages.
• Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed about delivery dates and pricing.
• Analyse inventory data and continuously improve procurement and stock‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, precise and reliable.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable using computers and administrative systems.
• Excellent communicator, assertive when needed and calm under pressure.
