Pre‑Sales Specialist – Enterprise & Public Sector

About the role

Alan is looking for a Pre‑Sales Specialist to strengthen its Enterprise and Public‑sector sales in Belgium. You will act as the technical bridge between prospects and the sales team, helping to translate complex health‑insurance solutions into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Master Alan’s platform and provide sales teams with insights, expertise and the right tools.
• Listen to prospect needs, assess functional alignment and propose tailored solutions.
• Participate in RFP processes and craft responses together with sales, insurance and product experts.
• Evangelise Alan’s services throughout the customer acquisition journey.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Prepare hand‑overs and coordinate complex onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with peers in France to share best practices and build a global playbook.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to understand large‑scale enterprise requirements.
• Experience working on complex deals and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on operational excellence and strategic vision.
