Polish & Czech Speaking Service Coordinator

About the role

A renowned automotive company serving customers across Europe is recruiting a Service Coordinator for its Ghent office, which manages customer relations and service coordination for Polish- and Czech-speaking markets. The role is the main point of contact between customers, service teams and dealerships, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules. It is a hybrid position: 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Polish- and Czech-speaking customers, answering inquiries, booking service appointments and handling issues or complaints
• Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules with dealerships and service providers
• Maintain clear communication between customers, service teams and other departments
• Monitor and track service requests, follow up on them and keep customers updated on their status
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after service and escalate unresolved or complex issues
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service history and feedback in the CRM system
• Work with internal teams to suggest improvements based on customer feedback

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Polish and Czech
• Prior experience in customer service, service coordination or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, able to handle multiple requests at once
• Experience in or passion for the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem-solving mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
