German & Lithuanian Speaking Service Coordinator

About the role

A leading automotive company, whose Ghent office coordinates service for European markets including Germany and Lithuania, is looking for a Service Coordinator. You will be the main contact for German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, service teams and dealerships, managing service requests, appointments and complaints. The role is hybrid: 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, answering service inquiries, scheduling maintenance and handling complaints
• Coordinate service appointments and repairs, liaising between customers and dealerships
• Keep customers, technical teams and service departments informed and follow up until they are satisfied
• Track and manage the status of service requests, escalating complex issues internally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services in the CRM system
• Share feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes

Required profile

• Fluency in German and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination or a related role is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in the automotive industry is a plus but not required

• CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
