Plant HR Manager

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Plant HR Manager to lead all human‑resource activities at its manufacturing site. The role combines strategic HR support with day‑to‑day operational responsibilities, ensuring compliance, employee relations and talent development within a dynamic plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle on‑site, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation, development and absence management.
• Advise plant leadership on workforce planning, staffing, internal mobility and talent development.
• Coach line managers and team leaders on HR best practices and people‑management skills.
• Translate national and international HR projects into local actions and ensure timely implementation.
• Build constructive relationships with union partners and maintain a transparent social climate.
• Support social consultation processes, anticipate tensions and contribute to balanced solutions.
• Drive the Learning & Development agenda, identify local training needs and align them with plant objectives.
• Optimize and harmonise HR processes, share best practices across sites, and oversee MyEcolab case management and Workday administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working with unions and handling social consultation.
