Pizza baker – full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a passionate pizza baker to join our retro Italian bistro, Nando. You will craft authentic Italian pizzas in a warm, family‑style atmosphere where quality and hospitality are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake authentic Italian pizzas, following established recipes.
• Make dough, sauces, and toppings, ensuring consistency and flavor.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and taste for every pizza.
• Keep the workstation organized, clean, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor teams to support smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a pizza baker.
• Strong passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Attention to hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
