Physiotherapist – AI Trainer (Freelance, 8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to help shape the way artificial intelligence understands and applies physiotherapy knowledge. Working remotely, you will spend 8‑20 hours per week reviewing and improving AI‑generated clinical content, ensuring it reflects real‑world practice.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation protocols for clinical accuracy and practicality.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑produced content.
• Draft realistic physiotherapy scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (physiotherapist, patient, referring physician, insurer).
• Provide structured, critical feedback to improve AI model performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level physiotherapist with significant experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Available for 8‑20 hours per week with prompt response times.
