Performance & Career Development Partner

About the role

VITO is seeking a Performance & Career Development Partner to shape performance management, career development and internal mobility across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing all levels while supporting a culture of continuous feedback, well‑being and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and continuously improve the performance cycle and related tools.
• Advise and train managers on performance management best practices and facilitate interactive workshops.
• Promote a culture of ongoing feedback and provide employees with self‑development resources.
• Develop and implement internal mobility programs, growth paths and high‑potential initiatives.
• Participate in competence mapping and support strategic workforce planning.
• Help build a transparent job architecture, including job design, weighting, career profiles and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and create filling strategies.
• Lead well‑being initiatives under the FIT@VITO program, monitor absenteeism and co‑develop return‑to‑work plans.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of English and proven experience in performance management and career development.
• Ability to coach managers, run workshops and influence organizational culture.
• Experience with internal mobility, competence mapping and succession planning.
• Commitment to employee well‑being and ability to design related programs.
