Penetration Tester – Red/Blue Team for NATO Projects

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Penetration Tester to join its team supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The successful candidate will work on high‑impact cyber‑security projects, contributing to both offensive (Red Team) and defensive (Blue Team) activities during NATO military exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team operations during NATO exercises.
• Conduct web, infrastructure and application‑level penetration testing for NCIA systems.
• Perform security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
• Provide security consultancy and advice to project teams and plans.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in penetration testing and cyber‑security assessments.
• Ability to work in a multinational, defense‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Penetration testing (web, network, application).
• Security design review.
• Knowledge of NATO security policies (preferred).
