Penetration Tester – Red/Blue Team for NATO Projects

About the role
Spektrum is seeking a Penetration Tester to join its team supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves contributing to high‑impact security projects for NATO, including participation in Red/Blue Team exercises and delivering comprehensive penetration testing services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team exercises during NATO military simulations.
- Perform web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing for NATO‑related projects.
- Conduct security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
- Provide security consultancy and advice to project teams and plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience in offensive and defensive cybersecurity operations.
- Familiarity with NATO security standards and directives.
- Ability to work in a multinational, high‑security environment.
Required skills
- Penetration testing (web, infrastructure, application).
- Red Team operations.
- Blue Team operations.
- Security design review methodology.
