Penetration Tester – Red/Blue Team for NATO Projects

About the role

Spektrum is seeking a Penetration Tester to join its team supporting the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The role involves contributing to high‑impact security projects for NATO, including participation in Red/Blue Team exercises and delivering comprehensive penetration testing services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in Red/Blue Team exercises during NATO military simulations.
• Perform web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing for NATO‑related projects.
• Conduct security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies and directives.
• Provide security consultancy and advice to project teams and plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offensive and defensive cybersecurity operations.
• Familiarity with NATO security standards and directives.
• Ability to work in a multinational, high‑security environment.
