Partner Contracts & Legal Specialist

About the role

Heraeus Electro-Nite seeks a Partner Contracts & Legal professional to drive efficient contract processes and provide legal support across corporate and employment law. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role works closely with the Corporate Legal Team and the dedicated HEN Legal Business Partner in an international B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle – from initiation to execution, renewal, or termination – ensuring correct templates, processes, and approvals are applied.
• Serve as the central point of contact for contract‑related queries from suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales, Procurement) and external experts, and follow up on their input.
• Maintain contracts in the Global Contract Management (GCM) system and act as a Key User.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate to the responsible General Manager, functional owner, and Corporate Legal Team.
• Support the Corporate Legal Team on corporate law matters for HEN entities worldwide and coordinate compliance‑related issues embedded in contracts.
• Assist, when needed, with international employment law matters in collaboration with local legal advisors.

Required profile

• Experienced paralegal with 5–10 years of contract management experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal departments and external legal advisors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to contractual deadlines and obligations.
