Paralegal – Employment Law

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our Employment Law team across the EMEA region. You will provide practical, timely, and high‑quality legal support while helping to strengthen the processes, templates, and knowledge resources that enable the firm to execute its People Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal support to internal colleagues and external stakeholders on employment‑related matters.
• Maintain matter trackers, organize employment documentation, and support litigation and investigation processes.
• Coordinate with local counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent handling of cases.
• Prepare first drafts of templates, communications, and other legal documents.
• Improve recurring processes through better knowledge management and project discipline.
