Paralegal and Sales Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, business‑oriented professional to join a leading real‑estate developer in Brussels. The role sits at the intersection of legal affairs, residential sales operations, corporate governance, and executive support, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and key internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level executive support to senior executives and the legal manager.
• Coordinate legal matters, including interaction with legal counsels, notaries, and external advisors.
• Support residential sales operations and commercial administration tasks.
• Assist with corporate governance activities and documentation.
• Liaise daily with project development teams, finance professionals, sales representatives, clients, and external partners.

Required profile

• Highly organized and business‑focused.
• Fluent Dutch speaker.
• Comfortable working with senior executives, legal teams, finance and sales professionals.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
