Paid Media Specialist

About the role

As a Paid Media Specialist within the Communication Team, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Communication, you will work closely with regional teams and external agencies to boost global brand awareness while protecting the brand’s equity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns (SEA & SMA) in partnership with media agencies.
• Validate media plans, targeting strategies and creative concepts to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Monitor performance, produce KPI reports and recommend actions such as budget reallocation, A/B testing and audience refinement.
• Coordinate with seven regional teams to guarantee consistent worldwide implementation of paid media strategies.
• Adopt a test‑and‑learn mindset, share best practices and propose innovative optimisation ideas.
• Align campaigns with product launches, seasonal trends and user behaviour in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury‑sector digital trends and proactively suggest new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, preferably within a media agency.
• Deep understanding of the luxury industry’s brand preservation requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
