OT Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

You will protect the core of electricity production by securing operational technologies. As the go‑to OT cybersecurity authority within the CIND team, you will guide projects, assess risks and ensure resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert OT cybersecurity guidance for projects, system changes and vendor evaluations.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and translate findings into actionable mitigation plans.
• Develop, maintain and test OT‑specific Incident Response Plans and coordinate IR/DRP exercises.
• Conduct cyber assessments across all OT sites, designing and improving controls and architectures.
• Support governance activities, contract evaluations, CFAT/CSAT processes and enforce OT policies.
• Collaborate with industrial network teams, IT security experts, site owners and EDF stakeholders while reporting on KPIs and performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience in OT or industrial cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of risk frameworks, vulnerability assessment techniques, Active Directory security and network segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication, structured ownership and the ability to keep a helicopter view.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
