Operations Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for an Operations Endpoint Engineer to join a client’s ICT Digital Workplace team. You will work on‑site, managing the full lifecycle of roughly 3,000 devices for 1,500 users, ensuring smooth delivery, maintenance, and tracking of endpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tickets related to device lifecycle, troubleshoot OS and hardware issues, and document actions.
• Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors and act as the primary contact for internal users.
• Stage physical and virtual endpoints, keep procedures up to date, and support new‑joiner onboarding.
• Manage returned equipment, perform secure data erasure, and decide on repair, redeployment, or retirement.
• Update asset status in the CMDB and work with third‑party brokers for repairs and warranty management.
• Monitor stock levels, manage supplier returns, and trigger orders when thresholds are reached.
• Maintain a tidy staging environment, contribute to runbooks, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Strong organisational skills, service‑mindset, and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Team player comfortable interacting with users and suppliers.
• Curious and eager to expand knowledge of the endpoint stack.

Required skills

• Windows operating system (3+ years of hands‑on experience).
• Endpoint troubleshooting, imaging, and provisioning.
• PC hardware and peripheral support.
• Asset management and CMDB best practices.
• Experience with SCCM‑based staging and/or Intune Autopilot (plus).
• Basic PowerShell scripting or willingness to develop it.
