Operations Director – Belgium

About the role

The Operations Director will lead the execution of channel and portfolio strategies across the Belgian market, working closely with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial teams and the bottler. This senior role ensures that multi‑brand activation platforms are data‑driven, financially disciplined and aligned with sustainability priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated portfolio and channel activation plans for At‑Home, Away‑From‑Home and e‑Commerce channels.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate strategic objectives into clear activation guidelines and Look‑of‑Success standards.
• Support the Local Commercial Long‑Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Planning (ABP) processes with insight‑based portfolio inputs.
• Leverage analytics, financial modelling and test‑and‑learn approaches to optimise ROI, NSR contribution and channel performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, bottlers and agency partners to ensure seamless plan execution and knowledge sharing.
• Drive capability building on activation excellence and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven strategic and analytical thinker with extensive experience in portfolio strategy, channel activation or Revenue Growth Management.
• Strong track record of working in matrixed, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
