Onsite Technician 1st/2nd Level Support

About the role

Everience is looking for an Onsite Technician to provide first and second‑level support for workstations, mobile devices and related infrastructure. You will work directly with clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and peripheral equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, iPads and iPhones.
• Install, replace, relocate or remove infrastructure components such as monitors, printers, scanners and docking stations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents on Windows and Apple devices.
• Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts, prepare installations and provide feedback to customers.
• Monitor production environment through dashboards and KPIs, and improve related procedures and documentation.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of onsite IT support and customer‑care experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in a professional setting.
• Motivated to learn, organized, independent and hands‑on.
• Team‑oriented with a positive service attitude.

Required skills

• Windows operating environment.
• Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 365.
• Mobile services and Apple iPhone basics.
• Mail services and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
• Inventory management and local network printer support.
• Dashboard monitoring, KPI reporting.
• ITIL incident and request processing, ticket tracking.
