Online Community Coordinator – Belgium

About the role

As the Online Community Coordinator for Belgium, you will keep the Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells brands active, relevant and engaged across key social platforms. Reporting to the Head of Social Marketing Benelux, you will work from our Mechelen hub and act as the daily pulse of our social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Stories.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and conversations across all channels.
• Engage with creators, ambassadors and relevant communities beyond our owned channels.
• Identify trends, cultural moments and audience insights to inform content planning.
• Produce weekly performance reports and use data to optimise engagement.
• Collaborate with Content and Brand Experience teams to amplify activations and partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media trends, culture and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written communication in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Experience publishing on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Ability to manage community interactions and moderate conversations.
• Basic analytics skills to track channel performance and audience behaviour.
