Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at MG Motor Belgium you will design, execute and analyse multi‑channel campaigns for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work across brand building, performance marketing and dealer activations to drive growth for the EV brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and monitor integrated inbound and outbound campaigns across digital, print, social media and local events.
• Support the Belgian MG Brandstore/Dealer network, aligning local initiatives with national sales strategies.
• Create localized content for websites, social channels and newsletters while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage lead generation programmes, track conversions and optimise ROI using Google Analytics and HubSpot/CRM.
• Coordinate automotive events, product launches and press activations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities in the Belgian automotive sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with 2‑4 years of relevant experience (automotive or FMCG a plus).
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong project‑management abilities, detail‑oriented and collaborative.
