OneStream Specialist

About the role

As a OneStream Specialist at PwC Advisory, you will work closely with CFOs and finance teams to design, build, and implement finance models using OneStream and related technologies. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions, support user adoption, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and convert them into detailed user stories and OneStream blueprints.
• Develop finance models for consolidation, costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Train end‑users, support UAT and create training materials.
• Bridge the gap between IT and business using analytics and automation tools.
• Deliver end‑to‑end projects, including technical implementation across finance and other use cases.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of key deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
• Experience in finance processes such as accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting or reporting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with OneStream (certification is a plus).
• Familiarity with other EPM/BI tools such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Board, Workday Adaptive, CCH Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of analytics, intelligent automation and data‑driven recommendations.
