CCH Tagetik Specialist or Pro

About the role

PwC Advisory is looking for an experienced CCH Tagetik specialist and architect to join its finance transformation team in Brussels. You will work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to design, implement and optimise enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as solution architect and lead developer on large‑scale EPM transformations, focusing on FP&A and consolidation.
• Analyse client business needs and translate them into CCH Tagetik blueprints, bridging IT and finance.
• Design overall EPM system architecture, guide integration decisions and oversee data validation.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept builds for prospects and coach junior model builders.
• Serve as PwC’s CCH Tagetik subject‑matter expert, delivering training and supporting partners in business development.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience as a CCH Tagetik specialist/champion on multiple projects, covering design, configuration, testing, training and hyper‑care.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
• Proven ability to take ownership of key project deliverables.

Required skills

• CCH Tagetik (including scripting/SQL, data‑management tools, admin tasks).
• Familiarity with other EPM tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment or Oracle EPM.
• Finance modelling experience in consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
